Tous les corps de métiers de Blue Wire à l'œuvre dans un établissement hôtelier
A complete transformation for a building and its grounds, supported technologically by our teams

The teams at Blue Wire France are very proud to have played an active part in this ambitious project since 2018: the creation of 'La Résidence'.
The transformation has taken place in the former residence of the General Commanding the French Air Combat Force (FAC): a 1,000 m² villa set in six hectares of parkland.
The aim was to turn it into a new high-end destination, as well as an unusual and previously unseen tourist attraction for the region. This new hotel complex offers 13 very comfortable lodges (some of them at the water's edge), an immersive fine-dining restaurant and a wellness area.
Here is a closer look at everything our teams carried out on site:
Video protection across the whole site, with cameras recording 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Video protection of the building site
Access control for the site using RFID badges
Network infrastructure – the 'backbone of the IT set-up' at La Résidence: installation, configuration and commissioning of switches (IP network distribution) and servers.
Centralised automatic control of heating, air conditioning and ventilation.
Fibre optic connections to the various lodges, as well as the links for the video surveillance network
Installation of a fibre optic link providing a 100 Mb internet connection, aggregated with a 4G wireless system, despite the isolated location in which the future hotel complex is built.
Wi-Fi coverage across the entire site, providing both internet access and a dedicated themed portal for the establishment.
Telephone installations
Distribution of the digital terrestrial and satellite TV signal, together with a channel specific to 'La Résidence'.
The immersive concept was designed by Blue Wire France: High Definition video projectors and motorised screens.
